THE LONG ISLAND CHALLENGE

Join our 1 hour a month challenge.  That’s right –   Karen Wasserman  and Caryl Deiches challenge you to pickup your phone TODAY and volunteer just sixty, that’s six zero minutes, just a mere 3600 seconds a month.  Can you do that?  Sure you can.  Do you like to type?  Talk on the phone?  Solicit stores for goods and services?  And by the way – what do you do for a living?  Can you donate some time for ad design?  Can you provide a gift certificate to your business?  Can you bake some brownies to sell at a meeting?  Are you a schlepper?  (You can help us load and unload our cars at meetings or move the chairs and tables).

In return, we would let you put us in a dunk tank but we don’t have one - so instead your name will be listed in Adoptalk, we will increase your networking opportunities and we will allow you the chance to feel really good about what you are doing to help a family or a child on their adoption journey.  Remember, we just want 1 hour a month!
