All you have to do is as follows:

 

  1. Select an ornament on our Giving Tree at the APC Conference or Dec. 6th Meeting.  It will list the child’s name, age, special wish and facility where he/she lives: purchase and wrap the gift and attach the ornament to it; bring it to the

APC Holiday Party  Sunday, December 12, 2009   1:00-3:00

or call Jackie Poritz @ (201) 670-9632 for a child’s wish or to arrange for drop off.

 

  1. Make a contribution toward the purchase of a gift for a child whose name has not been selected. With your contribution APC will insure that each child gets his/her wish.

 

  1. Donate $25.00 to send a child to a holiday show or to a movie and dinner for his/

her holiday gift. This program was devised to counteract the let down after the holidays and has proven very successful. Please send donations to A.P.C., P.O. Box 725, Ridgewood, N.J. 07451 and indicate on the check if it is for gifts or holiday tickets.
